The Ithaca Consulting Group is comprised largely of professionals and affiliates who have worked together at Cornell University for many years, applying principles of participation to change processes. The group’s principals are experienced facilitators, mediators, and workshop presenters, who maintain their affiliations with Cornell and continue to conduct research collaborations with faculty there.
