Terry Sheehan has a broad base of life science industry experience serving in senior
executive roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Operations for Intervet/Schering-Plough, Hoechst Roussel Vet, and Hoechst Roussel Pharmaceuticals. With a
30+ year track record of success working for both global pharmaceutical and veterinary health companies, Terry brings a broad business acumen and strong analytical abilities to develop and execute a wide range of sales and marketing strategies designed to establish market presence and increase revenues and profitability. A proven performer, Terry has consistently moved organizations from vision and strategy development to successful implementation and long-term plan execution.
With respect to “Change Leadership,” Terry has served as a lead Sales and Marketing executive for numerous organizational integrations. Most recently, he has been responsible for conversion of the Intervet Inc. commercial organization to SOX compliance (2005–2006), commercial team lead for a SAP implementation (2004–2005), and as head of Intervet’s commercial integration efforts with Schering-Plough Animal Health.
Having recently retired from Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health, Terry launched his consulting practice in 2008 with a focus on the effective development and execution of business strategies, business process design, and distributor relations.
